Two numbers you set, and we obey.
The first is how many model calls your whole business may make in a rolling hour. The second is how much it may spend in a day. When either is reached the next scheduled turn waits for the window to roll rather than running and billing you.
Work that never ran is never charged. If a cadence is blocked because an account is not connected, the check happens before any model is called, so the skipped turn costs nothing at all — and it appears in your rota as a skipped turn rather than vanishing.
Seventeen agents are not free to run.
Every business gets its own virtual machine and its own encrypted disk, and the agents call real models. A free tier of that is a tier we would have to throttle until it stopped being useful, so there isn't one.
